Terms of Service

Last updated: January 2026

1. Overview

This website (“Service”) provides a platform that allows users to purchase Bitcoin (“BTC”) using third-party payment providers. Bitcoin purchased through this Service is delivered directly to the wallet address specified by the user.

By accessing or using this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Non-Custodial Service

This Service is non-custodial.

  • We do not hold, store, or control cryptocurrency on behalf of users.
  • We do not generate or manage private keys or wallets.
  • All Bitcoin purchases are delivered directly to the wallet address provided by the user.

You are solely responsible for providing a valid and correct wallet address.

3. Third-Party Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party providers (such as Stripe or other on-ramp services). We do not process payments directly, store payment card information, or perform identity verification. Payment providers may require identity verification (KYC/AML) as required by law.

4. Transaction Finality

Cryptocurrency transactions are final. Once Bitcoin is delivered to the specified wallet address, transactions cannot be reversed, and refunds are not possible.

Please verify all details carefully before completing a purchase.

5. Fees and Pricing

The amount of Bitcoin delivered is determined by the third-party payment provider’s quoted exchange rate at the time of purchase. Fees charged by payment providers are included in the quoted rate. We do not guarantee specific exchange rates.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this Service for illegal activities, money laundering or sanctions evasion, or other prohibited financial activities. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

7. No Investment Advice

Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Cryptocurrency prices are volatile. You acknowledge that purchasing Bitcoin involves risk and that you are solely responsible for your decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses resulting from incorrect wallet addresses, market fluctuations, failures or delays caused by third-party providers, or blockchain network congestion.

9. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Maintenance, updates, or external provider outages may affect availability.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
